We strive to get your personalized home decor to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
Order Processing Time:
All orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days. Please note that our products are custom-printed and made to order, so this processing time is necessary to create your unique items. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll notify you if there are any significant delays.
Shipping Methods and Costs:
We offer two shipping options:
- Free Standard Delivery (Yun Express): Delivery typically takes 13-20 business days.
- Expedited Shipping (DHL Express): Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Shipping costs for this option vary by country and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs and Duties (International Orders):
For international orders, please note that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. We are not able to estimate these costs, as they vary depending on your location.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package’s progress on the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos or videos of the damage. We will reship your order with expedited shipping at no extra cost to you. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for assistance.
Additional Shipping Information:
- We cannot split an order into multiple shipments to different addresses. Please place separate orders for each shipping address.
- We cannot change the shipping address once an order is processing. If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
- We do not offer signature-required delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package at your provided address.
- We cannot cancel orders once they have entered our system. However, if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we will try our best to accommodate your cancellation request.
